Complete and sign the 6UK Membership Agreement. A copy should be emailed or posted to the address on the agreement with a second copy should you wish this counter signed for your records.
We will review the application form and membership agreement for completeness
We will raise an invoice for the annual membership fee
Upon receipt of payment we will email you with confirmation of your membership
